"Valley FHC has helped me by playing fast, high level hockey during the summer months which helped me get in shape for the upcoming season. VFHC has helped my development in many aspects, whether it's shooting, skating technique, or crisp passing... it's overall just a great experience and would recommend the program to any kid that is planning to play high level hockey.
